FULL WEDDING DESIGN AND COORDINATION
The FULL WEDDING DESIGN AND COORIDINATION package is our NICHÃˆ PACKAGE and is for the couple that would like our WPIC certified wedding planners to work with you and your family to design, create and implement a one of a kind wedding that nobody will ever forget. Our teams of professionals include WPIC Planners, floral designers, stationery designers, decorators and stylists that are trained to produce your wedding flawlessly on time and within budget.
Our services include but are not limited to:
Basic Coordination Services:
Work with you to create a wedding budget
Vendor payment schedule to ensure all payments are made on time.
Venue Tour: Arrange and accompany a tour of possible venues
Site visit; draft event layout including rain plan layout.
Vendor Recommendations including wedding venue, caterer, bridal salon, photographer, videographer, florists, dÃ©cor, lighting, linens, rentals, tents, cake, stationery, band, DJ, Musicians, officiant and beauty. This service includes contract review and analysis.
Catering coordination (or Food & Beverage) â€“ Schedule and attend all catering sessions including interviews, tasting layout and logistical meetings; manage all communications with caterer, provide assistance with bar, alcohol quantities, etc. Includes cake meeting/tasting.
Arrange Initial Vendor Interviews: NichÃ¨ Event Stylists will contact recommended vendors to setup an appointment for you. If you wish, we will accompany you to these appointments or go to them on your behalf.
Facilitate rental order
Preparation of production schedule and timeline for wedding day â€“ get distributed to all wedding vendors.
Ceremony structure/logistics (processional, layout, recessional).
Contact all vendors, review contract terms, confirm arrival/setup/ strike times.
Overall management of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, including setup and strike.
Wrap up meeting â€“ two hour consultation to tie up all the loose ends and pull everything together.
Final Walk through at wedding site â€“ final site visit/meeting with all key vendors to review timeline and layout.
Design Services: (Only incudes the design portion of the wedding, does not include any hard costs pertaining to decorations, stationery, florals etc..)
Initial Site Visit to determine layout
Design consultation/ Design Plan â€“ Two hour design consultation covering all contracted design elements resulting in a unique design proposal that reflects the wedding couple and their families.
Inspiration Board â€“ is a visual tool that includes images of design elements and is used as communication tool for vendor meetings.
Floral â€“ Assistance in overall floral design; participation in the floral meetings and custom floral proposal.
Linens/Rentals â€“ Assistance with selection of linens and rentals; rental showroom visit and facilitation of linen and/or rental proposal.
Lighting â€“ Assistance with lighting design and custom lighting proposal.
Cake Design â€“ Includes working with the bride and the appropriate cake or cupckae designer to come up a design that is cohesive with the overall wedding style.
Specialty DÃ©cor -Assistance with specialty dÃ©cor (draping, props, lounge furniture, etc.) and custom dÃ©cor proposal.
Mock Table Top â€“ We create a mock table top of your guests tables before your wedding and make any desired adjustments. We assemble your table, chairs, linens, place settings and centerpieces at your venue.
Stationery â€“ Includes an onsite consultation in which we help you choose/design an invitation to match your event, including paper, ink, copy and type styles. Includes suggestions for creative wordsmithing. It also includes save the date cards, table numbers, escort cards, maps, programs, and menus to match your wedding.
Favours/Accessories â€“ Custom proposal including research, recommendations and unique ideas for: guest favours, exit favours, amenity baskets, napkins, hand towels, matches etc. (Hard costs not included).
Welcome Gifts -Custom proposal including research, recommendations and unique ideas for welcome gifts. (Hard costs not included).
Website â€“ NichÃ¨ Event Stylists will setup a basic website with information for the guests about the bride and groom, wedding party, their families, the venue, amenities in the area of the venue, accommodation, transportation, map and gift registry.
Guest Logistic Services can include:
Transportation (Airport Transfers not included).
Group transportation packages can be arranged. They inlcude shuttle cooridination, vans, motor coaches and valet.
Guest Accommodations â€“ Research, recommendations, contract negotiations and communications with hotels regarding hotel blocks
Additional Services also included:
Guest list template
Stationery/printed collateral proofs review
Access to wedding day emergency kit.
Pin on corsages & boutonnieres, distribute bouquets.
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors on wedding day.
Plus anything else that is included in the Month of Coordination package as well.
